IT Knowledge: Major CRS Systems - Dolphin, Galileo, GTA, Sabre, Worldspan and Amadeus
Must have: Great product knowledge of hotels and destinations essential
Travel Reservation Agent:
- We book anything and everything travel related from a low cost airline to a luxury round the world itinerary. So we are looking for ‘real’ all-rounder’s. The ideal candidate should have travel agency experience and can talk to customers confidently about their enquiry and quickly establish where they want to go!
- We have an online and off line presence and any calls are dealt with by the reservation team guiding the client through the holiday of their choice. So you need to be brilliant on the phone!
- It’s also worth noting that we are not a home-working job, nor are we a call centre solely dynamically packaging faceless products. We are however a company that is redefining travel to the end user. We create special offers that are genuinely ‘SPECIAL’ and we strive to inspire our customers to destinations that they may not have tried before.

Travel Sales Team Manager:
- Must be able to maximise sales revenue, set and ensure excellent standards of customer service.
- Responsible for managing and developing the team and team leaders to ensure that business objectives and targets are delivered.
- Developing and driving key initiatives to continually improve business performance.
- Analysing management information to identify trends and drive team performance.
- Ensuring effective communication of individual/team/business performance is maintained at all times.
- Co-ordination of incentive/ prizes and reward scheme fulfilment
