The challenge:

To drive traffic in to stores and increase the usage of New Look account cards by rewarding those who spend. To offer a gift with purchase that’s a delight to receive and creates a great brand vibe.


Our Inspiration:

39.5% of British women  bought womenswear from New Look in the past year so we needed to create a reward that would drive these 9.5m women in to store, with their store cards at the ready.
We know that on average a shopper spends £70+ on women’s clothing and accessories and £35+ on footwear in New Look each year. We also know that they love to be pampered and to look good in their new look!
We all agreed that offering a free manicure pamper treat formed a natural fit, adding to the shopping experience. And we know it appeals and works because in previous years, inspire have successfully run similar campaigns to great effect.  


Our expertise:

Account card holders receive a voucher in store, then by entering their details on line at our specially created website, http://nails.newlook.com, they are able to choose from a selection of salons throughout the country. The free manicure is then just a phone call away.

Because New Look have over 600 UK stores and 29 in Ireland, we sourced, recruited and contracted over 600 nails salons nationwide, each mapped to within a close radius of the store base. Inspire also set up and managed in-house the care line relating to the offer, supporting the customer every step of the way.


Results:

It's looking good from the initial feedback, but it's still live so watch this space! We know that New Look are looking for measureable results and that's what we deliver.
