Our inspiration
Peugeot needed its online platform – The Guild – to be the instinctive place for staff to go to share vital information between the dealerships and the brand. We made The Guild a must-see destination with a combination of a generous sign-up incentive, and a fun and competitive online challenge that rewarded sales staff for every car they sold.
Our expertise:
Every new member of The Guild received a free fully Peugeot branded Your Travel Card loaded with £25 spending power. inspire’s exclusive Your Travel Card is the only card on the market with a live online booking system, which made it simple for Peugeot staff to top up their cards and choose from more than 250 trusted tour operators including Virgin Holidays, First Choice, Kuoni and Airtours.
With the Peugeot Rally Challenge 1, we created a fun online game mechanic that led to big incentives to sell more Peugeot 207 and 308 models. Every successful car sale was rewarded with a token to play in the Challenge. The greater the amount of tokens gained provided sales staff with the chance to cross the finish line in the top rankings. These rankings were turned in to points which could be spent on a linked shopping catalogue full of desirable prizes. We made sure that the random application of tokens created a game of chance offering employees a tax efficient reward.
Results
The Guild generated unprecedented registration and interaction levels from staff - registrations increased from 41% to 91% within a two-month period. Peugeot were delighted with the response which means they’re able to spread news and information across their network much more effectively.
